To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of reference aims to convey ABU’s experience with VYPA Malaysia Sdn Bhd and M.Vijjayandran, NETSTAIRS.COM, INC., and Dr. Ahmad Moradi.

Since the beginning our collaboration with Dr. Moradi and M.Vijjayandran with “Advanced Transmission and Delivery Technologies Webinar”, on July 14, 2021, ABU hosted its Digital Broadcasting Symposium (DBS) 2024 event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from March 5th -7th , 2024, celebrating 20 years of ABU DBS (established in 2005).

The symposium featured six major sponsors: Telekom Malaysia, World DAB, RT, VIORY, iPSB Technology, and VYPA Corporation.

ABU and its sponsors invited Dr. Moradi and NETSTAIRS to be the featured guests and presenters at DBS 2024, highlighting iCDN and AI Streaming.

ABU is delighted to announce that the combined eƯorts of its sponsors, guests, and attendees resulted in AI-powered sessions demonstrating how iOTT can enhance the OTT market. The event included conference sessions, workshops, and masterclasses, with 50 companies showcasing products and
solutions, and 90 speakers and experts from around the world exploring interactive content delivery networks and AI Streaming use cases. Additionally, discussions focused on how TV networks can combat Fake News and Deep Fakes generated by threat actors.

At ABU, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to VYPA Corporation and the NETSTAIRS Team for presenting cutting-edge solutions. These innovations enable DBS broadcasters to bridge Internetpowered, secure, and private AI powered Digital Media Rooms (DMR) designed for watch parties and interactive, immersive, multi-codec settings, providing AI-enabled Human Avatars with Real-Time Streaming services.

In summary, the ABU team has thoroughly enjoyed working and collaborating with Dr. Moradi, M.Vijjayandran and the sponsoring companies. They have been instrumental in bringing the latest AI streaming technologies and information to our valued members.
